I would like to commend Melissa, one of the sales rep for How's Catering, for her prompt and decisive response to my school's last minute request to come up with a Deepavali Lunch buffet spread that was good and delicious! The teaching and admin staff were very happy with the spread, and our Indian/Hindu colleagues were impressed with the food too. All thanks to Melissa, in arranging the order for us, and helping me able to get this order despite the heavy scheduling that the company had. Really appreciate her help in this!  I would also like to give my compliments to the 2 delivery guys who came down to do the setting up of the buffet spread so promptly by at least 15 minutes earlier when I called Melissa about the fixed timing for the kindergarten teachers who only had an hour for lunch. The delivery guys were so fast in their setup and they had the buffet ready in less than half an hour! Kudos to the guys for their efficiency! What a wonderful experience and thank you once again where I know I can trust How's Catering as our school's trusted food caterer for all events! Thank you!

I wish to say a big THANK YOU for your helpfulness and understanding in attending to our request on our catering needs on 24 Oct 19. The feedback on the tea reception is very positive and they like the Laksa Goreng best. They were surprised to know that the cost is $3 per pax which is really value for money. Some of them complimented on the setup too. Last but not least, your patience in accommodating to the change of our event date is much appreciated!

St. Margaret's Secondary School

Thanks for helping to coordinate the buffet and live stations for the citizenship ceremony on 12 January 2020, at Ci Yuan CC. The chendol and laksa live station were well received, portions was good and the 2 ladies manning the station were friendly and experienced. The staff helping to set up the buffet line were polite but took a while to understand the layout we wanted them to do. I was concerned if the wax burners could last till end of event, but they said they did not bring extras as it was not in the list, but somehow the live station had extra wax burners and the live station ladies offered to help us watch the wax burners fire will last, and food would be kept warm and fresh. Taste of the food was nice too, both pineapple fried rice and kway teow finished, but xiao bai cai had left over. Overall, it is great working with you on this project, and till our next project together.
